Mt. Juliet

Mt. Juliet is located approximately 17 miles east of Nashville on Interstate 40 and is only about 15 minutes from the Nashville International Airport. They are situated in close proximity to two recreational lakes, Old Hickory Lake on the Cumberland River and J. Percy Priest Lake on the Stones River.

Mt. Juliet is a great place to live, work, play, and raise a family. Scenic rolling hills, a moderate climate, and a complementary mix of historic and cosmopolitan allure are only a few of the qualities that make it attractive to both businesses and residents. Some of their advantages include a low cost of living; unique and affordable residential areas; and abundant parks, waterways and recreational areas, all in close proximity to major shopping and entertainment. One great shopping complex is a new one called Providence Place as well as Opry Mills just fifteen minutes up I-40.  Mt. Juliet's convenient location to interstate and railway transportation make it an ideal location for businesses and industries that rely on tourism or the transportation industry for shipping or receiving goods.

Mt. Juliet is constantly growing and changing, but still manages to maintain its small town charm and atmosphere. They pride themselves on their friendly, home town attitudes. It's a great place to call home, locate a business, and enjoy a quiet, relaxing lifestyle. A record of steady growth, splendid industrial sites, great infrastructure, and a wonderful quality of life await you.

In 2005, Progressive Farmer Magazine voted Wilson County as the 8th Best Rural Community in the USA and 3rd in the Southeast!

Wilson County

With Middle Tennessee in the midst of housing and business booms, and as families and businesses look for sites with space to stretch out, Wilson County has often been called “Nashville’s Growing Room.”  As Davidson County’s next-door neighbor to the east, Wilson County offers convenient access to Nashville’s shopping and Nightlife.  Wilson county has the third highest per capita income in the state only behind Davidson county and Williamson County.  Wilson county has been called one of the Midstate’s best kept secrets.
